Charlie Reeves, co-founder of Rise Ventures, is known as a results-driven business-minded leader whose professional expertise assists companies in rapidly scaling-up. He has achieved this success across industries through relationship-building and improving client satisfaction. He has demonstrated particular strength in his ability to acquire new accounts, build a client base, increase sales among existing accounts, and strengthen relationships with key decision makers. He navigates well in a multi-level decision-making environment utilizing his talents and personality to create long-lasting relationships. Charlie’s notable attention to detail and expertise in large organizational environments, as well as exceeding customers expectations, has earned him the reputation as a strategic problem-solver.

Charlie Reeves has been in the PPE and Commodities sector for close to a decade; throughout the Gulf Coast and Caribbean he has supplied non-potable water, generators, gas, tents, and heavy equipment to areas hit by natural disaster. At the onset on the Covid-19 pandemic, Mayes Middleton, a Texas House Representative, called upon Charlie to assist in setting up drive-through Covid PCR testing sites in Galveston County. Additionally, Charlie has also been a known vendor of PPE to the Houston Ship Channel; the Longshoreman Association; multiple school districts; water parks; and medical clinics, providing Covid rapid-testing and other critical PPE supllies.
Charlie has helped found numerous children’s nonproﬁt organizations and remains an active member on their boards. A Texas native, Charlie has been called upon by several Fortune 500 Companies to develop and lead their organizations to the NEXT LEVEL!
A graduate of Lamar University, Mr. Reeves studied corporate communication as an undergraduate and business management at the University of St. Thomas.
